Looking For Hearts and Arrow Ideal Cut Diamond

Hi Liz,

I’m looking for a diamond engagement ring for a solitaire setting:

– around 1.1ct (if it’s closer to 1 carat, I’d probably rather spend less on a 0.9 carat, so I’m trying to jump up in size enough to validate the cost jump)
– G, H, or I color
– VS2 or eye clean SI1

My budget is around $7000-$8000 for the diamond. I’m looking for the best cut that I can get (preferably hearts and arrow ideal cut diamond). I’ve been checking out BGD, but I’m also open to an Expert Cut if it will not look noticeably less brilliant. Would prefer no fluorescence.
